We ask that first time Customers pay cash or credit debit card.
Plus be home to Meet the delivery driver.
We also like to check your oil tank to ensure it is safe to deliver the fuel. On the second delivery most customer leave a check at the fill. We don't need to see the tank again
Credit/Debit Cards- We take most major Debit and Credit Cards (except American Express)
To Our Established customers that have had a free tank inspection. We ask you leave your check at the door on delivery day. We could arrive late at night or early am. Please put the check out as soon as you call if possible. Sometime we are in your area and will be to your house within minutes of your call.
We would rather you be home no matter how you pay.
We gladly take C/C's for Service and Emergency Deliveries. We understand that at times: in the middle of the night, during a holiday or on weekends, that cash isn't always an option.
Checks: We will take checks from dedicated Customers ONLY on their second delivery. The check must be presented at time of delivery. We reserve the right to deny anyone of paying with a check.
Our strict payment rules are because we get 10 days to pay our Oil bill. It takes that time to process the money into the bank. We can't extend credit We don't have. Its that simple. In time as we grow this might change.
Credit department and collections:
We do not now, and never will, have a Collections Department.
Most oil companies spend $40-$80,000 a year trying to collect monies owed.
We pass this savings on to you, our valued customer, because we don't waste time with collections. All collections are done before or at the time of delivery.
THANK YOU for helping Us move over 600,000Gallons of heating fuel with less than $500 owed to Us last season.
We invested that money into Our third
Truck to serve this area even Better. O
